അന്ധയായ ഭാര്യ (the Blind Wife)

"കോഫീ കോഫീ.. " കാതു തുളകുന്ന ശബ്ദം കേട്ടാണ് ഞാന്‍ ഉണര്‍ന്നത്. ഞാന്‍ സമയം നോക്കി. 6 .45 .. അപ്പം ആലപ്പുഴ കഴിഞ്ഞിടുണ്ടാവും. കോഫിക്കാരനെ കണ്ണ് കൊണ്ട് 'എനിക്കുംകൂടി ഒരെണ്ണം' എന്നാ സിഗ്നല്‍ കൊടുത്തു, പുള്ളി ഒരു കപ്പ്‌ കോഫി എനിക്ക് തന്നു. ഞാന്‍ പോക്കറ്റില്‍ തപ്പി. ഒരു അഞ്ച്‌ രൂപ തുട്ടു കിട്ടി, അതും വാങ്ങി അയാള്‍ മുന്നോട് പൊയ്. അയാളെ ഒരു കൈകള്‍ വീണ്ടും തടഞ്ഞു നിര്‍ത്തി. ഒരു 45 വയസു തോന്നിക്കുന്ന ഒരു മെലിഞ്ഞ മനുഷ്യന്‍,, പിച്ചകാരന്‍ ആണോ? ഒന്നുംകൂടി സൂക്ഷിച്ചു നോക്കി. അല്ല.. എന്തോ കച്ചവടകാരന്‍ ആണ്.
അയാള്‍ ഒരു കോഫി വാങ്ങി. കോഫ്ഫീക്കാരന്‍ വീണ്ടും മുന്നോട് പോയി.

അയാള്‍ പോയി മരഞ്ഞപോയാണ് ആ കച്ചവടകാരന്‍ ഒറ്റക്കല്ല എന്ന് എനിക്ക് മനസിലായത്, അയാളുടെ ഭാര്യ ആവണം - ഒന്ന് കറുത്ത കണ്ണട ധരിച്ച ഒരു സ്ത്രീ,, അന്ധയാണ്‌. അയാള്‍ കോഫീ അവളുടെ കരങ്ങളില്‍ പിടിപിച്ചു, അവള്‍ അത് മുറുകെ പിടിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞു എന്ന് മനസ്സില്‍ ആയിട്ട് മാത്രമാണ് ആ പുള്ളിക്കാരന്‍ കൈകള്‍ വിട്ടത്,, എനിട്ട്‌ അയാള്‍ അവളോട്‌ എന്തോ പറഞ്ഞു .. ചൂടാണ് എന്നായിരിക്കും ഒരു പക്ഷെ അയാള്‍ പറഞ്ഞത്. ഞാന്‍ എന്റെ കോഫി കുടിച്ചു തീര്‍ത്തു വീണ്ടും അങ്ങോട്ട്‌ കണ്ണോടിച്ചു, ആ സ്ത്രീയുടെ കൊഫ്ഫീയും തീര്‍ന്നു, അയാള്‍ ആ കപ്പ്‌ വാങ്ങി ജനലില്‍ കൂടി പുറത്തു കളഞ്ഞു, എനിട്ട്‌ അയാളുടെ തോളില്‍ കിടന്നു ഒരു തുണി കൊണ്ട് അവളുടെ മുഖം തുടച്ചു വൃത്തിയാക്കി. എനിട്ട്‌ അവളോട്‌ വീണ്ടും എന്തോ പറഞ്ഞു,
ഉടന്‍ തന്നെ ആ സ്ത്രീ അയാളുടെ തോളില്‍ കൈ വച്ചു. അവളുടെ കൈ തോളില്‍ ഉറപിച്ചു കൊണ്ട് അയാള്‍ വീണ്ടും യാത്ര തുടര്‍ന്നു.

ഒരു മൂന്നു മണിക്കൂര്‍ മുന്നത്തെ കാര്യമാണ്, ചായ കഴിഞ്ഞു ഡെസ്കില്‍ എത്തിയപ്പോള്‍ സുരേഷിന്‍റെ ഡെസ്കില്‍ ഒരു ആള്‍ കൂട്ടം, ഞാനും എത്തി നോക്കി. മാട്രിമോണി സൈറ്റില്‍ കൊറേ പെണ്ണുങ്ങളെ നോക്കുകയാണ്. പെണ്ണിന്റെ കണ്ണ് കൊള്ളില്ല, മൂക്ക് കൊള്ളില, പൊക്കം ഇല്ല, മുടി ഇല്ല, തടി കൂടുതല, കളര്‍ പോരാ,,,, അങ്ങിനെ അങ്ങിനെ ഒരുപാട് അഭിപ്രായങ്ങള്‍,, ഞാനും അവരോടു ചേര്‍ന്ന് കൊറേ അഭിപ്രായങ്ങള്‍ പറഞ്ഞു,, സ്വാഭാവികം,,, പക്ഷെ ഇപ്പോള്‍ വെറും 3 മനികൂരിനു ശേഷം ഞാന്‍ ആകെ തകര്‍ന്നു പോയി. എനിക്ക് ആകെ ഒരേ ഒരു വിഷമം മാത്രമേ ഉണ്ടയോളൂ.. ആ കച്ചവടകാരന് മാട്രിമോണി സൈറ്റ് നോക്കി പെണ്ണ് കെട്ടാമായിരിന്നു.. അല്ലെ?

What should I write about??

Hi,, I wrote more than 10 blogs in malayalam,, Last week some one asked me -"why don't you write something in English?".. I don't know if he really meant that or maybe he have had enough with my malayalam blogs,, I didn't apprehend what was on his head.. what ever it is? am just going to give it a try,
you people please suffer this one too...

What should I write about?? It's raining outside and I'm not getting a cold air inside this room,, Maybe, I should try opening the window..
Well, I opened it. Hooh,, Now I feel good.. I never thought of suffering these much hot air when I argued for getting this room upstairs.
Room Upstairs, Well! it has got its plus points too.. I can get out at night without letting any one else know about it.. Can talk to my girlfriends over phone in a pretty average sound,, Am lucky to have my own room, that too upstairs..

Oh,, I completed 2 paragraphs,, Bravo man! You are not that bad as others say,, I encouraged myself.. oh Shit! I didn't come to the point yet,, I mean I was supposed to write something na.. After thinking for a second, I started thinking again,, again and again,, I am listening to a song from the movie SURA,, Some of my friends went through the movie last day and they haven't recovered from it yet.. As I was on leave yesterday, I'm still conscious.. Serious this time ,, okie,,,

I really appreciate all those authors who write these big, really big books, Where the heck are they getting these much ideas and all? How are they populating all these pagas?? God damn! don't they have any other job?? The only thing I can write big is some lines of code, that too if braces were not taken into account; Oh No! am a looser again,,,

The rain seems to be settling down,, I like the sound of rain,, it has got a rhythm,, or may be the roof is leaking,, A dirty wet cat is trying to get into my room through the windows i just opened in Para:2.. shooo!! goooo! I screamed and it went out to enjoy rain again,, My whole family hate cats, But I,, I hate them even more,, Why do we have cats in earth?? So are dogs,, Earth will survive even without them,, But Dhoni said something about Tigers,, I can't recollect,,, Whatever,,,

So that is my first blog, I believe its a blog,, Trust me, I have seen worser ones of DL, RatJulk and many more,,, But I still dont understand one thing -" What should I write about??"
